Unexpected challenges and warm staff

The staff were always eager to assist, showing kindness and warmth that made the experience more enjoyable. The location also offered easy access to popular attractions, enhancing our visit.

We faced some frustrating inconveniences, particularly with the lack of proper kitchen equipment in our room, making basic meal prep difficult during our stay. check-in was delayed, which put a damper on our plans.

I faced significant cleaning issues during my stay. The towels and bathrobes were not freshly laundered and had a gray hue. The swimming pool was dirty, and there were long hairs left in the shower at check-in, indicating poor housekeeping standards.

Incredible views from the 17th floor.

had a great stay at fraser suites! the indoor pool and gym were excellent, and it’s right near the waca and the beautiful swan river foreshore. loved the comfy bed with pillow options and that breakfast was a good buffet spread. the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything even better.

Amazing views and comfy stay!

Had a blast during my stay! The views from the room were stunning, and the in-room dining hit the spot. The pool and sauna were super relaxing after a long day. I did wish the kitchen was stocked a bit better, like some basic stuff for cooking. All in all, a solid choice for a couple's retreat.

The Deluxe Studio was cozy and well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchenette, a comfortable office work space, and free Wi-Fi. The view from my window added a nice touch, and I appreciated being able to open it slightly for fresh air. Public transport access right outside, including a free CAT bus service to the city, is a huge advantage.

The suite was spacious and included a washing machine, which was very convenient. The location made it easy to access the river path for nice walks, but the windows were quite dirty, impacting the beautiful view. While the on-site restaurant had a decent menu, dining options outside were limited, and additional kitchen items would have been beneficial for meal prep.

My stay was truly enjoyable, primarily due to the impressive cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the room. I loved waking up in the Deluxe Studio, which was stylishly decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The convenience of being within walking distance to the Swan River made our morning strolls delightful. The staff members were consistently helpful, enhancing our experience throughout our visit.

Would be happy to recommend for a brief weekend stay.
